Hi, I am Kourtney Buelow, an Doctor of Physical Therapy for LSM Chiropractic / Forward Natural Medicine in Middleton, Wisconsin.
I am passionate about finding solutions to help the body gain strength and mobilty to enjoy activities. I work with all ages and love finding the missing piece of the puzzle that allows us to see measurable progress. Beginning in Athletic Training, my goal is always to return the athlete to peak performance. Carrying this forward to Physical Therapy, I provide personalized care, aimed at helping patients achieve an improved physical quality of life. I believe in personal care that allows you to feel educated and empowered following our time together. I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together!
Growing up in northern Wisconsin, I filled my days with outside activities such as volleyball, basketball, running, boating, tubing, snowmobiling, skiing, wakeboarding, and walks in the state parks.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my little one, husband, and goldendoodle Kooper. My personal hobbies include baking, volleyball, pilates/lagree, and weightlifting.
