Hi, I am Alexander Gorski, a Massage Therapist for LSM Chiropractic / Forward Natural Medicine in Middleton, Wisconsin.

My background is in sports and deep tissue massage, working with various athletes, from golfers to football players, to develop personalized treatments for injuries. He has extensive experience providing massage for various conditions, including pregnancy pain, low back pain, oncology, and long-term recurring pain such as fibromyalgia, tennis elbow, and frozen shoulder. I like to incorporate stretching, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, myofascial release, reflexology, and deep tissue techniques into personalized treatment sessions.

Personally, I was born and raised in Madison, with a passion for basketball and tennis in the summer and a love for reading in the winter.
