What To Expect At A Massage Therapy Session

Your session will start with our therapist asking about your symptoms, medical history, problem areas and what you're hoping to get out of massage.

With the massage therapist out of the room, you will undress to the point that you're comfortable, lie on a table and be covered with a sheet. Your therapist will reenter the room, dim the lights, and put on soothing background music/sounds. They will touch to locate painful or tense areas and determine how much pressure to apply. They will then use one or more techniques (types of massages) during your session.

Afterwards, you should feel calm, relaxed, and refreshed.

* If you are allergic to any ingredients or oils, or need a different level of pressure, please let our massage therapist know.
