Hi, I am Sam Blum, a Doctor of Physical Therapy for LSM Chiropractic / Forward Natural Medicine in Madison, Wisconsin.
As a Physical Therapist, I treat all types of orthopedic, neuromuscular, chronic, and vestibular conditions. I am particularly interested in treating low back pain, athletes, and local emergency responders and providing post-operative care.
My treatment style includes hands-on manual therapy with an evidence-based functional exercise program. I believe in showing patients the basis of functional exercises and movement to help them achieve a greater quality of care.
I grew up in the Madison area and attended Madison Memorial high school, where I was a baseball team member. In my free time, I like fishing, hiking, golfing, participating in events at the local sportsman's club, and exercising at the Princeton Club gym.
